Healthcare & Insurance
Metropolitan Capital offers a variety of healthcare insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision to each eligible team member. Eligible team members also receive life insurance, long-term disability insurance, voluntary dependent life insurance, access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and can enroll in before-tax flexible spending accounts.

Our 401(k) plan is offered through Nationwide and provides a wide variety of investment alternatives. We also provide a generous match contribution to your 401(k) to help you plan for your retirement. Finally, each team member may be eligible for restricted stock and stock options as a part of our performance bonus program.
Time Off
Metropolitan Capital recognizes the importance of time off and is proud to offer all eligible team members an unlimited vacation program, 10 paid sick days, 11 paid holidays and paid time off for bereavement. We also have paid maternity and paternity leave programs.
